Join Sonja Rzepski and Women Heart for a gentle yoga and meditation class which promotes healthy hearts and teaches practical ways to reduce stress through yoga, breathing, and meditation. This class was developed with cardiologists from the Northwell Health Network in New York City and is practiced primarily in a chair, no previous experience whatsoever is needed. All are welcome. Wear comfortable clothes to stretch in and be ready to feel more energetic, balanced, and at the same time learning techniques to help you feel relaxed.
